Welcome to ColorStory ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how YASH LLC collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our mobile application (the "App") and our website.
By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide
- Account Information: When you upgrade from a guest account to a registered account via Social Login (Google, Facebook, or Apple), we collect your email address and basic profile information to authenticate you and sync your data.
- User Content: We collect the photos you upload ("Input Images") and the style prompts you select solely for the purpose of generating coloring pages.
- Payment Data: We do not store credit card details. Transactions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) via RevenueCat. We only retain transaction receipts to validate your Token balance.
B. Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous data about how you use the app (e.g., screens visited, buttons clicked) to improve performance.
- Device Data: We may collect device model, OS version, and identifiers for debugging and technical support.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide the coloring book generation service.
- Manage your Token balance and account identity.
- Send push notifications regarding the status of your image generations.
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
Note on AI Training: We do NOT use your uploaded photos or generated images to train our own AI models. Your content is processed strictly to fulfill your request.
3. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
To provide our service, we share data with trusted third-party providers:
- Nano Banana (AI Provider): Receives your image and prompt to generate the result.
- Cloudflare R2: Securely stores your Input and Generated images.
- Firebase (Google): Handles authentication, notifications, and analytics.
- RevenueCat: Manages In-App Purchases and Token logic.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Image Retention
Your Input Images and Generated Images are stored for 3 months to allow you to view your history. After this period, they are permanently deleted from our cloud storage.
Account Deletion
You may request account deletion within the App settings.
- Soft Delete: Upon request, your account is immediately deactivated.
- Permanent Delete: After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently erased from our systems. This action is irreversible.
5. Children's Privacy
Our Service is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
6. International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to—and maintained on—computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Our primary operations are based in Morocco.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
